Woman discovers horse's head inside box at New York City park

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, Manhattan -- A woman made an unexpected discovery inside a box at a park in New York City on Sunday.

The woman was walking at Highbridge Park in the morning when she spotted a sealed Corona box.

When she opened it, she discovered a cooked horse's head inside, according to officials.

Officials said there were also fruits and vegetables along with another animal's head inside the box.

The woman called police, and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was contacted. Officials said an investigation was underway.
