Otto the Bulldog sets Guinness World Record on skateboard

LIMA, Peru -- Otto the Bulldog has set a new world record for "longest human tunnel traveled through by a skateboarding dog."

Otto skillfully piloted his skateboard through the legs of 30 volunteers as part of Guinness World Records Day 2015 in Lima, Peru.

Owners Luciana Viale and Robert Rickards told Guinness that they were inspired to get a bulldog after seeing videos of Tillman, the former fastest dog on a skateboard. Tillman sadly passed away on Oct. 30.

Otto's ability to skate through a human tunnel was discovered by accident, when Luciana realized she was in the way of her speeding dog, and he was able to zip through her legs unscathed.
