LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- "Eye on L.A." takes you way back to the 1920s when a cup of coffee was just five cents and the popular restaurant Pacific Dining Car was open for business, and to the '30s and '40s when stars like Walt Disney and his team frequented Tam O'Shanter so much that they called it their "studio commissary."
