3 juveniles sought for robbing 14-year-old girl in Pasadena

PASADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- The search is on for three juveniles who attacked and robbed a 14-year-old girl on Allen Avenue and Orange Grove Boulevard in Pasadena.

Police said the girl was walking when one of the suspects, wearing a ski mask, confronted her on Wednesday.

The suspect tried to grab her necklace while another suspect grabbed her backpack, and a third took off her glasses, investigators said.

The suspects stole the girl's backpack that had cash, an Apple iPhone and some books. Police said the culprits escaped in a four-door blue or black compact car.

The victim suffered minor injuries.
