Rare sight: Black swans spotted in Santa Barbara Harbor

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (KABC) -- It was a rare sight in the Santa Barbara Harbor - beautiful black swans were spotted in the waters.

A tugboat captain spotted the birds this week.

It's unclear how the swans ended up in these waters.

They are all now with an animal rescue team out of Solvang.
