Pet of the Week: 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix named Chester

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Our ABC7 Pet of the Week for Tuesday, Dec. 6, is a 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix named Chester. Please give him a good home!
