Police seek El Segundo flashing suspect

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (KABC) -- A flashing suspect is on the run after carrying out lewd acts in public places, according to police.

So far, at least two incidents have been reported in El Segundo, around the Washington Park area.

Investigators said the suspect approached his first victim and struck up a conversation with his pants down.

Ninety minutes later, he approached another woman and began touching himself.

He managed to get away before police arrived.
