Man's body found at Malibu beach, possible drowning victim

MALIBU, Calif. (KABC) -- A man's body was found at Topanga Beach in Malibu Thursday night and officials say he may have drowned.

First responders were called to the scene around 11 p.m. As rescue crews arrived, someone was giving the man CPR.

He was declared dead at the scene.

It's unclear how long the man's body may have been on the beach.

Investigators are treating the case as a possible drowning.
