We took a look at local listings for studios and 1-bedroom apartments in Los Feliz via rental site Zumper to find out what budget-minded apartment seekers can expect to find in this Los Angeles neighborhood. Take a look at the cheapest listings available as of Nov. 20 below.

5420 Russell Ave.

Listed at $1,395/month, this studio apartment, located at 5420 Russell Ave., is on the cheap side for Loz Feliz, where the current median rent for a studio is estimated at around $1,588/month. The building features assigned parking, a swimming pool, on-site laundry and more. In the unit, expect to find air conditioning, hardwood flooring and a newly remodeled kitchen.
