MARINA DEL REY, Calif. (KABC) -- Two people were rescued Tuesday night after a boat they were on ran aground in Marina del Rey.

Los Angeles County lifeguards made the rescue as waves came in, which made for difficult rescue conditions with the boat tossing and turning.

No injuries were reported, and there is no word on what caused the boat to run aground.
