Police looking for suspect who gunned down man in Santa Ana

SANTA ANA (KABC) -- A homicide investigation is underway in Santa Ana where a man was shot Wednesday afternoon and later died.

Police answered a call of shots fired in the 800 block of South Flintridge Drive at 1:19 p.m. and found the victim.

They performed CPR unitl paramedics arrived and rushed him to a hospital. Once there, he was pronounced dead.

No word yet on his identity, suspects or a motive.
