RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KABC) -- Spirits shined bright at the 23rd annual Festival of Lights in Riverside's historic Mission Inn on Friday.
The festival packed the streets with more than 70,000 people for the light show in downtown.
Nearly 5 million LED holiday lights and fireworks covered the popular Mission Inn Hotel and Spa, which was 1 million more than the previous year.
An ice skating rink, ginger bread houses and carriage rides were few of many attractions available for families.
The festival is expected to run through Jan. 6, 2016.
