Love was in the air at the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder offices on Friday as couples showed up all day long to tie the knot on Valentine's Day.

The main office in Norwalk is typically the busiest.

A same-day civil wedding ceremony costs $35, not including the marriage license.

The Norwalk office is open for ceremonies until 5 p.m.
