The lack of water from the canyon reservoir and overall drought has dried up the land, affecting not only the produce, but pumpkins from an annual Halloween festival in Santa Clarita.

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (KABC) -- Only three weeks until Halloween, but one trick or treat tradition has been cancelled this season because of the drought.
