Nonprofit gives out free $10 Metro tap cards in effort to 'pay it forward'

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- On the 11th day of every month, a local group called HELP the 11th carries out a random act of kindness in Los Angeles.

Strangers are challenged to play rock, paper, scissors at Union Station. Those who play get a free $10 tap card to ride the Metro.
