Following the death of baseball great Don Baylor on Monday, those involved with America's pastime took to Twitter to mourn the loss of the 1979 American League MVP.

Players past and present showed their admiration and respect for Baylor, as did Yogi Berra's granddaughter, Lindsay Berra, who is a national correspondent with MLB.com. Some remembered former Philadelphia Phillies catcher Darren Daulton, who died on Sunday, as well. Both Daulton and Baylor passed away after battles with cancer.

The teams for which Baylor played, coached and managed paid tribute to him, too.

Rest in peace, Groove.
