Irwindale Speedway remains open for racing

IRWINDALE, Calif. (KABC) -- Despite the rumors, Irwindale Speedway is not closed.

The Irwindale Speedway set to close at the end of January until a group of investors kept it open.

Now they are ready to drop the green flag on another season of short track racing, drag racing and nights of destruction.
