Jay Mohr says Rams winning without TD is 'most LA thing ever'

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Jay Mohr asked what could be more Los Angeles than winning a game without scoring a touchdown.

"Los Angeles is so cool, we don't even have to score touchdowns to win football games, we're chill, we're chillaxed," Mohr said.
