Armed man arrested near USC campus

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Police arrested an armed man at St. James Park early Thursday morning, only five minutes away from the University of Southern California main campus.

USC police and LAPD received multiple calls around 2 a.m., including one caller that said the man fired a gun at least four times.

Officers took the suspect into custody without incident.

Officials said nobody was hurt.
