SoCal weather: Hot temperatures continue Wednesday

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Southern California will see hot temperatures and sunny skies again on Wednesday, with cooler temps by the weekend.

Los Angeles and Orange counties can expect some fog in the morning Wednesday, with temperatures reaching 90 degrees by the afternoon. Temperatures will drop over the next several days, reaching the upper 70s by the weekend.

Valleys and the Inland Empire will see temperatures around 100 degrees Wednesday, reaching 105 in some areas. The area will cool to the 80s by the weekend.

Desert temperatures will hit 98 on Wednesday with winds gusting up to 35 mph.
