1 killed, 2 injured in shooting at West Athens house party
WEST ATHENS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- One man was killed and two others injured after being shot while attending a house party in West Athens Saturday night.
Authorities responded to the 11100 block of South Berendo Avenue on reports of a loud party around 11:30 p.m.
When officers arrived, one man was found dead with a gunshot wound to the upper torso. Two other men were also suffering from gunshot wounds. One was taken to a nearby hospital in an unknown condition, while the other refused treatment.
An investigation is ongoing. No further information was immediately available.
