Food delivery man shot at least 6 times during West Hollywood robbery

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- A food delivery man survived being shot at least six times during a frightening robbery in West Hollywood early Tuesday morning, deputies said.

According to Los Angeles County sheriff's investigators, the victim may have been shot six times, including twice in the groin.

The shooting occurred while the victim was delivering takeout from a restaurant to a condo complex on the 1000 block of Kings Road around 1 a.m.

Sheriff's officials said he underwent surgery and is expected to survive.

The search is on for two suspects, who made off with a portable credit card machine, investigators said. No arrests have been made.
