Suspect sought in apparent road rage shooting in Whittier

WHITTIER, Calif. (KABC) -- Whittier police are searching for a suspect who allegedly shot a person during an apparent road rage incident in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven.

The incident occurred outside of the convenience store in the 8400 block of Santa Fe Springs Road at about 12:20 a.m. on April 17.

Authorities say the suspect and the victim nearly collided in the parking lot. The suspect, who was behind the wheel of a black or dark blue Dodge Charger, then allegedly shot the victim in the shoulder.
