Thieves busted with 9,000 pounds of oranges crammed into 3 cars

SEVILLE, Spain -- Police in Spain got more than they bargained for when they stopped three vehicles driving erratically.

It turns out, the vehicles were stuffed with 9,000 pounds of oranges.

The families that were pulled over claimed they found the fruit on the ground.

But police think they were going to sell them on the black market since the price of oranges is so high.

They also did not have the paperwork to carry that much produce.

Five people were arrested.
