WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- Actress Jessica Biel and her West Hollywood restaurant are being sued by workers accusing the eatery of withholding tips and other pay owed to them.

Biel and her restaurant, Au Fudge, are among many people named in the lawsuit.

Restaurant employees claim they're owed back pay for things like tips, overtime, missed meals and breaks.

The lawsuit claims many of the plaintiffs were new to the area and not familiar with workers' rights. They're asking for at least $1 million in damages.

Au Fudge opened in March 2016 and the plaintiffs, who include a host, a server, a food runner, a barista and a bartender, were among the first hired, according to the suit.
