Beverly Hills retired K-9 named Jinx dies after losing fight to Cushing's disease

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (KABC) -- A Beverly Hills retired K-9 named Jinx died after battling Cushing's disease, the police department said.

The black lab served as a narcotics detection dog from 2009 until 2014.

The department said he was the only dog assigned to the entire field division of the Los Angeles DEA office.
