3.2-magnitude earthquake hits Redlands area, USGS says

REDLANDS, Calif. (KABC) -- A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck the Redlands area Friday evening, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake struck at around 6 p.m. and was centered about 2 miles southwest from Redlands and 3 miles from Loma Linda, USGS said.

The quake had a depth of about 9 miles.

According to a USGS map, the quake was felt in Fontana, Colton, Moreno Valley and Perris.
