HACIENDA HEIGHTS, Calif. (KABC) -- Two men were arrested on felony vandalism charges after several vehicles were severely damaged by rocks thrown at them Tuesday night on the 60 Freeway in Hacienda, authorities said.
One of the incidents was reported by a witness who called 911 shortly before 10 p.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway at Seventh Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol. The windshield of a gray Scion was shattered by an object thrown by one of two men walking on the right shoulder.

Four other vehicles were also damaged, investigators said. No crashes or injuries were reported.
CHP officers responded to the scene and detained the two suspects, who matched the provided descriptions and were attempting to hide on the side of the freeway. They were identified only as being in their 20s.
