The Long Beach Police Department also distributed a photo of the suspected driver, identified as Victor Garcia or Gracia, who is being sought.

In the footage, the skateboarder and the dark-colored SUV are seen traveling westbound on Anaheim Street at Oregon Avenue about 1:40 p.m. when the vehicle jumps a curb and begins to veer out of control.
The video does not show the moment of impact, which left Luis Enrique Tejeda in critical condition.
According to the police, a witness followed the SUV and obtained its license plate number after the driver fled the scene. The 2004 Chevy Tahoe was later found abandoned a few blocks from the crash site.
