Authorities seek suspect in fatal Stanton hit-and-run

STANTON, Calif. (KABC) -- The search is on in for a driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run in Stanton.

Orange County investigators are canvassing a neighborhood, looking for surveillance video that may help in the search.

The victim was hit last night as he crossed Beach Boulevard at Katella.

He died at the hospital. The driver took off.

Deputies are looking for a beige or gold GMC or Chevy SUV with front-end damage.
