Brandon Dybdahl, 23, of Beaumont was arrested at a home in Laguna Hills for the sexual battery that was seen in a disturbing video, Irvine police say.
Investigators say a woman was doing exercise laps in a parking lot near Scholarship and Graduate on June 10 when a man approached her from behind. He is seen restraining and groping her before fleeing in a white Nissan Sentra sedan.

Officials were able to track the vehicle linked to the assault, finding it near a residence in Laguna Hills around 7 a.m. Wednesday. They found Dybdahl inside and say he made statements connecting him to the sexual battery.
