The shooting was reported just after 11 a.m. in the 13800 block of Paramount Boulevard at a residential apartment complex.
Investigators say four men were shot at the complex. One of them was declared dead at the scene. Two of them transported themselves to a local hospital. Witnesses say another wounded man ran across the street and tried to hide. First responders found him and brought him to a hospital.
