Pedestrian killed in Gardena in collision involving semi

GARDENA, Calif. (KABC) -- A pedestrian was killed in Gardena in a collision involving a semi truck, officials said.

Authorities responded to Crenshaw and El Segundo boulevards around 4 p.m. to a report of a collision.

A body was visible at the scene and the tractor trailer remained nearby as traffic was being diverted from the intersection.
