The new two-story location is being built on the site of the old Crazy Horse Bikini Bar and Grill on West Garvey Avenue.
The new Porto's Bakery & Cafe location is expected to open sometime in the fall.
This is Porto's fifth local location. Others include Burbank, Glendale, Downey and Buena Park.
