UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. (KABC) -- ABC7's Alysha Del Valle received a Local Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition at a Thursday luncheon in Universal City.
She was recognized for her excellence in broadcast journalism and contributions to Southern California's Latino community.
Past recipients include Art Laboe, Ruben Luenguas and Ana Garcia.
