The track, titled "Marcescence," remained visible on D4vd's Spotify page but was no longer playable after it was taken down.
Artwork accompanying the track showed D4vd, whose legal name is David Burke, taking what appeared to be a mirror selfie.
The song's appearance and removal came as he remains in jail on murder charges.
Burke was charged on April 20 with capital murder in the death of 14-year-old Rivas Hernandez.
D4vd has pleaded not guilty to killing Rivas Hernandez, whose dismembered body was found in his Tesla last Sept. 8 -- just days after what would have been the girl's 15th birthday.
A preliminary hearing is set to begin July 21.
