Like Disney animated movies before them, something sad happens in "Big Hero 6." And that makes the kids band together to solve a serious problem. But the film also has several not-so-serious moments.
"Big Hero 6" packs in comedy, drama, action and adventure, and while it's definitely aimed at the younger generation, there is material for mom and dad, too!
I was especially impressed by the voice actors, most notably the talented Scott Adsit who takes on the robotic rhythm of "Baymax."
Another star of the film is the city: San Fransokyo. It's a creative idea that's visually very well-executed.
"Big Hero 6" is a smart, clever, energetic journey featuring some unlikely -- but certainly likable -- heroes. It's rated PG and is in theaters now.
