There's a dog in the photo? Instagram users are only looking at this Burbank officer

BURBANK, Calif. (KABC) -- A Burbank police officer has gone viral after the department shared a photo of him holding a dog on Instagram - and let's just say there were plenty of heart-eyes emojis!

Last week, the Burbank Police Department posted the image featuring Officer Parks with a French bulldog, saying that while he was out on a call, he was greeted by the pups.

"He could not resist petting, holding & and snapping a photo with them!" read the post. "Police officers love dogs."

But it was the officer himself - described by many commenters as strikingly handsome - who quickly became the focus.



"No one is looking at that dog," said one user.



Another user wrote, "I need CPR all of a sudden."

The post has more than 240,000 likes and has received more than 3,700 comments.
