Canadian kids have sick burns for Freddie Freeman after World Series in hilarious charity video

Saturday, December 6, 2025
Dodger star Freddie Freeman is trying to bring some holiday cheer to children in his native country of Canada.

But, it seems like the Dodgers' 2025 World Series win is still a touchy subject.

Actor Ryan Reynolds posted his annual holiday video on social media to raise money for Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto, which featured Freddie Freeman and some rather unenthused children.

"Go back to your sunshine and traffic, you hoser," one child yelled at Freeman.

"You ruined everything," another said.

The video ended with the kids chanting, "Let's go Blue Jays," of course.

"I asked him [to be in the video] in March, what are the odds?" Reynolds joked.

As part of his fundraiser, Reynolds says all donations before Dec. 24 will be matched up to $1 million.
