Tavin Price, 19, was shot four times in the back and chest last week. He was rushed to a hospital, but died while he was in surgery, his mother Jennifer Rivers said.

Authorities were looking for two suspects involved in the shooting.

More than $1,000 was collected at the Friday gathering to help the family with funeral expenses.
