Abel Lopez said agents began asking workers for proof of citizenship. That's when a couple of workers confronted the agents and told them to leave.
The agents approached, hit and chased the workers.
Lopez said agents tackled and used a Taser on a man who is a U.S. citizen. The man was detained and later released.
Footage shared with Eyewitness News shows an agent exit an SUV and then strike a man, prompting a brief struggle. The video then shows the agent chase after the man.
