A frustrating traffic build-up of almost an hour may have ruined some Pennsylvania commuters' chances of getting anywhere on time, but they didn't let it ruin their days. All you need are some musicians and a limbo pole. Throw in a crowd of people tired of sitting in their cars, and you've got yourself a party.

Meterologist Justin Berk of Baltimore shared the party on his YouTube channel. He said the jam session broke out on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, eastbound I-76, just outside of King of Prussia, Pa. last Saturday.
