WOODLAND HILLS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Are you crazy enough to try "Insanity?"

The home DVD program, created by Beachbody, helped Keeper Catran-Whitney overcome the odds. Doctors told him 12 he would never play sports and would need a cane by 21.

Instead, he started doing "Insanity." Now, he teaches a class four times a week at Karina's Dance Fitness Studio in Woodland Hills with his daughter Sydney Catran-Whitney.

Their class is at 9:00 am Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. First class is free.
