LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The latest, greatest and craziest trends in fitness are all part of the Los Angeles Fitness Expo, which opens Saturday at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
There will be demos done by Olympic athletes, a jiu-jitsu competition and a "fit-zone" for children.
