ECHO PARK, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The body of a man was found on the side of the northbound 101 Freeway in Echo Park Thursday morning.
The discovery was made around 3:11 a.m. near the Silver Lake Boulevard exit. It was not immediately known if the person was hit by a car or how he got there.
Several lanes of the freeway were closed during the investigation, but they reopened around 6 a.m.
