The incident happened on Labor Day as two people were washing a car.
Footage shows a Honda Accord passing by on the street before it doubled back and parked near the home. Three people got out of that car and two of them were armed.
They threatened the two victims, taking at least a watch from one of them before fleeing the scene.
According to the homeowner, the victims were hired to wash his car and had just started their own business.
"It was a bit traumatizing for all of us, and actually made me realize that I don't necessarily want to live in Woodland Hills anymore," he said. "It happened on Labor Day at 11:20 a.m. in front of everybody... it can happen at any time of the day, and any day at all."
The homeowner added he's going to get a new watch for the victims and help replace anything else that was taken from them.
