ARVADA, Colo. -- Two employees were fired from a Colorado Wendy's restaurant after a woman found a racist note inside her child's kids meal.
Manige Osowski says her daughter found a pack of playing cards inside her kids meal bag instead of a toy. Inside that pack of cards was a handwritten note which included the N-word.
After an investigation, two employees were fired and the restaurant apologized to the family. But Osowski, who staged a protest outside the restaurant, said it was too little too late.

"My child is now aware of what racism is, and what that word means," Osowski said. "And it's because of this card."
