The victims were identified as 55-year-old Mark Harrison Sheer, 54-year-old Lydia Ann Sheer and 15-year-old Amy Joanne Sheer. The suspect was identified as Michael Harrison Davis Sheer.
On Monday, authorities responded to Pacific Hills Drive after reports of possible gun shots and a man yelling in the area. Deputies patrolled the area but were unable to locate anything.
Then on Tuesday, a relative located the bodies at a home in the 25600 block of Pacific Hills Drive.
A motive for the murder-suicide has not been determined yet.
A family friend told ABC7 that the husband is a business consultant and that the wife is a stay-at-home mother.
