Problems continued Sunday with home delivery of the Orange County Register.
The newspaper was flooded with complaints from customers who did not receive their papers this weekend.
The Register says it underwent a transition to new independent contractors who made deliveries for the first time and experienced difficulties becoming familiar with the delivery network.
The Register is asking customers to submit delivery requests on the newspaper's web site.
