SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- A small plane crashed on the 405 Freeway near John Wayne Airport in Orange County on Friday, which shut down all lanes and the nearby airport.
Two people were injured when the twin-engine Cessna 310 crashed around 9:30 a.m., fire officials said.

The impact led to a fiery explosion and plumes of black smoke on the busy freeway. Several motorists captured photos and video of the the incident.
